While job hunting, I came across Gorgias and noticed an open role for a Senior Product Designer. Unfortunately, I couldn’t apply because it was an on-site position. Still, after reviewing their website, I saw a few areas that could be improved, and I decided to take initiative.

I redesigned the landing page and the sign-up page, then created an eight-page document explaining the rationale behind each change I made, outlining my thought process in detail.

I shared everything with Gorgias via email, but I didn’t hear back. Rather than let the effort go to waste, I decided to add the project to my portfolio. Enjoy
